Free Sports Betting Pick For Tuesday

Tuesday March 18, 2008
Even though the NCAA Tournament doesn't begin for another two days, the college basketball tournament season begins tonight with the NIT and the first-year CBI. While it's tempting to play the teams that got snubbed by the NCAA, such as Ohio State or Arizona State, these teams haven't proven to be good bets over the years. There's no doubt Arizona State could win tonight's game by 30 points if they really wanted to, but do they have the incentive to do so?

Coming out a little earlier tonight than usual, as I'll be finalizing some stuff for NCAA brackets and will get that posted online no later than first thing Wednesday morning.

For line moves, the Detroit total has climbed four points to 212.5, the Milwaukee total has climbed 4.5 points to 202, the Dallas total has climbed four points to 209.5, and in college basketball, the Minnesota total has climbed four points to 138.5

It's a little too early for sports service consensus plays, but there have been four services on Ohio already today, which will be enough to keep me off of them for the time being. I'll post any late sports service information on the forum.

Golden State and Phoenix are the two popular public plays so far today.

I don't have to tell anybody that visits the site regularly that the picks have stunk over the last eight days or so. No excuses, it's just one of those streaks that all sports bettors will go through over the course of a season and you just ride it out the best you can.

Tuesday's plays are up and you can find them at Free Sports Betting Picks in the Sports Gambling 101 section of the site.
