The NHL playoffs begin tonight, and as any of you who follow the site know, that's what I'll be watching tonight. Will have several plays in the forum posted by 6:30 p.m. EST, along with a few baseball plays, where we have been cursed with the ninth-inning letdown three days in a row, watching in disgust as our team blows a ninth-inning lead.
The line in the Cavs game has been a bit haywire today, as after opening at Cleveland -3 and 190, it is now at Cleveland -7.5 and 196. The total in the San Antonio game also dropped three points to 196, although I'm not so sure that's moving the wrong direction, as I expect Phoenix to make a strong effort to dictate an up-tempo game. Still, couldn't quite pull the trigger on that contest, but have a lean towards the over.
New Orleans and Cleveland are the two popular betting choices with the public today, while the sports services have been pretty evenly split.
