Free Sports Betting Picks For Saturday

Saturday April 26, 2008
Well, there's something for everybody today, as action takes place in the NBA, AFL, NHL, Major League Baseball, and NFL fans will also be keeping a close eye on the draft, which has become a national obsession.

There hasn't been much line movement in any of the NBA games today, with Boston moving one point to 9-point favorites and the total on the Orlando game moving from 202 to 203.5 the most significant changes.

In the NHL, the line has climbed in the Red Wings game and is currently Detroit -200 after opening at 185. The line in the Montreal game is holding steady at -165 to -170.

The lines on the AFL games haven't moved as much as usual, as bettors are realizing that the sports services releasing big plays on these games haven't done all that well. While it wasn't uncommon for there to be a number of three- and four-point line moves on big releases earlier in the season, these big releases are now generating one- and two-point moves, as gamblers are staying away.

The public is all over Boston in the NBA, with the Lakers, and Utah also popular choices, while I haven't spent enough time looking through sports service reports to determine if there's anything worthwhile in those. If anything jumps out, I'll post it in the forum during the day.

Saturday's plays are up and you can find them at Free Sports Betting Picks in the Sports Gambling 101 section.
