The Eastern Conference Finals begin tonight in Boston, with the Detroit Pistons traveling to face the Celtics. The Celtics are favored by 4.5 points and the total is 174. The Celtics are -135 to win the series, while Detroit backers are looking at +115 to win the best-of-seven matchup.
The public is pretty well split on the game, with 52-percent of the money coming in on the Pistons. The total has remained fairly stable throughout the day.
Both teams enter the series with a few question marks, several health issues are surrounding Detroit and the Celtics have to wonder what's up with Ray Allen, who was awful against Cleveland, averaging just eight points a game and shooting 33-percent.
