Was Donaghy First Official to Fix Games?

NBA Commissioner David Stern has done everything he possibly can to make fans believe that former official Tim Donaghy was the only official involved in the fixing of basketball games, past or present. Unfortunately for Stern, not everybody agrees with that, including one of the most well-known sports bettors in the United States.
