The NBA is Back

Portland's Greg Oden makes his long-awaited debut tonight, as the Portland Trail Blazers visit the defending Western Conference champion Los Angles Lakers on opening night in the NBA. There are three games on the abbreviated schedule, with Cleveland at Boston the marquee game.

There are several college football games on today's slate, along with a number of NHL games, and naturally, the conclusion of the World Series.
