Weather and NFL Betting

Friday November 28, 2008
The old saying about not being able to do anything about the weather isn't necessarily true when it comes to the world of sports betting. In fact, bettors can do something about the weather and that's to be aware of its influence when it comes to betting the NFL.

Naturally, the weather does influence how a game is played and can effect not only the over/under, but the point spread winner of the game as well.

Weather takes on added importance later in the season, as nearly every team will have decent weather in September and October, but by the time December rolls around that is no longer the case, particularly for teams who play in the East.

Be sure to read Weather and NFL Betting located in the football betting section of the site.
