The Wake Forest Demon Deacons and the Navy Midshipmen will get the college bowl season underway when the Eagle Bank Bowl kicks-off Saturday morning. The two teams met earlier this season and Navy came away with a seven-point victory.
The public is pretty much split on the game, with 55-percent of the wagers being placed on Wake Forest and the other 45-percent going on Navy. The Demon Deacons are favored by three points and the total is hovering around 43.
This is also the first of the 34 bowl games that we will write up and look at from a betting perspective in our attempt to finish the college football season on a strong note.
