Longtime sports bettors often have a difficult time when it comes to changing their methods, especially when those methods have worked well in the past. But the sports betting marketplace is constantly evolving and sports bettors have to be willing, and able, to adapt, or they will find themselves losing far more often than winning.
Nowhere is this more true than in the NCAA College Basketball Tournament. First-round underdogs were money for a number of years, but those blindly betting the underdogs in the first round last year, didn't fare too well.
