The Michigan Spartans and North Carolina Tar Heels will meet tonight to determine the NCAA basketball champion. All signs point to a North Carolina victory, especially after the Tar Heels defeated the Spartans by 35 points earlier this season.
North Carolina opened as a 7-point favorite and the line has moved to the Tar Heels -7.5, as 61-percent of the bets are coming in on the boys in blue. The total opened at 153.5 and after an initial drop, has moved back to 153.5
