When it comes to sport betting, baseball is far less popular than basketball or football. As a result, baseball lines are influenced more by smart money than the other more popular sports.
As sports bettors, line movements in baseball should be given a closer examination, especially when the odds move in the opposite direction from the side that is receiving the majority of the wagers, a concept known as reverse line movement.
