After a lengthy dispute, the ever-popular bodog.com domain has returned to action after an agreement was reached between Bodog and and the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group earlier this week.
In a complicated ordeal, the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group reached an settlement with 1st Technology, LLC, of all litigation relating to 1st Technology's judgment secured against the Costa Rican entity Data Entry and Domain Management S.A. (Bodog Entertainment Group S.A.) and then made the domain licensing deal with Bodog.
The bodog.com domain name was one of the most popular until it was lost by the Bodog Entertainment Group S.A. over a patent dispute with 1st Technology.
Bodog, founded in 1994 by the flamboyant Calvin Ayre, had been without its bodog.com domain since 2007 and was using the domain bodoglife.com in the meantime.
