Tuesday is a huge day in the sports world, with four NBA playoff games, two Game 7's in the NHL, along with the usual full slate of baseball games.
In the NBA, Dallas and Houston will try to close out their respective series, while Orlando and Boston try to take care of business at home and go up three games to two. There has been very little line movement on the sides, although the totals in the Boston and Orlando games have dropped a bit from their opening numbers.
There is a slight reverse line movement in Portland's favor, as the public is backing Houston, but the line has climbed from Portland -5 to Portland -5.5
In the NHL, the public is all over the Capitals, despite the high price (-250), while the Devils' game with Carolina is expected to be closer. The public is on New Jersey pretty heavy, which is scary, as my series bet on New Jersey -115 is still in question. The line at Pinnacle for tonight's game opened New Jersey -150 and has dropped to the Devils -140, making me especially nervous, even though the Devils are receiving nearly two-thirds of the wagers.
On the diamond there are several interesting games, highlighted by the Marlins at the Mets and the second of the doubleheader between Seattle and Chicago, featuring Felix Hernandez and Joe Danks.
Today's baseball underdogs are now up and can be found at Free Sports Betting Picks located in the Sports Gambling 101 section of the site.
