Delaware became the fourth state in the United States to legalize sports gambling, when Gov. Jack Markell signed a bill into law on Thursday. The Delaware bill leaves much to be desired from a sports bettors' standpoint, as only parlay betting is allowed and the payouts have not been released yet.
Even though it's hard to be critical of anything that helps legalize sports betting, this bill may do more harm than good in the long run.
