A federal judge refused a request by the NCAA and major sports leagues to stop the state of Delaware from accepting sports wagers until December, which is when the matter is expected to go to trial. The ruling paves the way for Delaware to begin accepting sports wager in September. The state plans to allow single-game wagering, after earlier reports that bettors would be forced to bet on two or more teams.
