A full day of college football is in store for bettors today, although the day is lacking any of the marquee games of the first few weeks. There is just one game involving a pair of ranked games, which is Nebraska at Virginia Tech.
Still, there are some interesting games, such as Georgia at Arkansas; Florida State at BYU; and Utah at Oregon.
There are several huge revenge games on the slate, with Tennessee at Florida and Texas Tech at Texas. The oddsmaker has made those backing the favorites pay for it, however, as Florida is favored by 30 points and the Longhorns are favored by 18.5.
The public is firmly behind Penn State, Western Michigan, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Texas A & M and Arizona State, as each team is receiving roughly 80 percent of the wagers, or more, in their respective games.
