Even though this book has been out for a few years, I just got around to reading it and have to admit to being pleasantly surprised. Steve Budin comes across as a bit brash when you see him in his current role as CEO for Sports Advisors, a sports service clearinghouse, but after reading the book, you realize it's not an act.
Budin definitely has a high opinion of himself, but if I had accomplished what he had in the sports betting world, I probably would too. Budin's perception of himself is also one of the appealing aspects of the book.
Read the review of Steve Budin's Bets, Drugs, and Rock & Roll in the Sports Gambler's Library section of the site.
