As the first round of the NBA playoffs comes to an end, it's time to start gearing up for the second round. Several of the match-ups are already set, such as Cleveland taking on a healthy Boston Celtics squad, which can't be counted out.
There have been some differences in trends during the first round and the second round of the playoffs.
