
The United States Supreme Court rejected Delaware's appeal of a lower court ruling that limited the state to accepting only parlay wagering on NFL games. The state had sought to offer Nevada-style sports betting on all sports.
Monday's ruling can't be seen as a good thing for sports betting advocates, but will likely have little effect on New Jersey's attempts to offer a full range of sports betting.
