Long-gone are the days where football was simply a weekend endeavor, as the NCAA and ESPN have made sure that football fans nearly get a daily dose of their favorite sport. Even though the NCAA would deny it, don't think that sports betting doesn't play a part in the number of games being shown on a daily basis.

Seriously, how may people would actually watch some of these small-school match-ups if they didn't have a vested interest in the outcome?

Tonight's game is a good example, as you have 5-4 Miami (Ohio) traveling to face 2-7 Bowling Green.

The year hasn't gone quite like Dave Clawson expected for the Falcons, who are just 1-4 in the conference, while Miami is 4-1.

Miami has been getting roughly three-fourths of the bets, but the line has dropped from 3.5 to 2.5 and the total is hovering around 50.

Today's play in the football game is up at Free Sports Betting Picks located in the Sports Gambling 101 section of the site.

That’s very interesting that the line dropped to 2.5 from 3.5 even though the favorite was getting most of the bets.
