College basketball fans will no doubt be busy tonight, as a full slate of games are on tap. The NBA slate is relatively small, with just three games, while the NHL is in full swing with a dozen games, including an interesting match-up between San Jose and Vancouver.

There aren't any real marquee college basketball match-ups, but there does look to be a bit of value in some of the games. Getting good value for your wagering dollar doesn't mean that you'll win every night, but over the long run you should do pretty well.

Allen, you are awesome. The only newsletter I subscribe to.

I know people expect picks every day, but sometimes it is better to know when to just not bet.

If there is not a good game to bet, it is OK to sit out for a day.
