The NCAA Tournament gets started in a few hours and bettors are busy finalizing their brackets and placing wagers on Thursday's and Friday's games.
There's no doubt the left side of the bracket is the stronger of the two and that's where I'd look for the winner and since Duke appears to have an easier road to the Final Four, I went ahead and took the Blue Devils to win it all.
The most interesting game Thursday is likely to be Belmont and Wisconsin. Belmont is getting a lot of respect from those in the know and the Badgers are just 5-point favorites. My numbers have Wisconsin covering the spread, so I'll probably stay away and watch that one.
There are several lower seeds favored today: Michigan State and Old Dominion, while Kansas State is favored, as the Wildcats have a higher seed even though they are ranked lower in the AP poll than Utah State.
As always, don't go overboard in the tournament, as they are no different than other games from a professional bettor's standpoint.
