The Fourth of July Weekend means a number of different things to different people. Picnics, visits to the beach or trips to visit relatives are among some of the more popular. For some people, however, the weekend also means the annual Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island.

While it may seem a bit strange to spend a holiday weekend watching other people eat, close to 2 million viewers tuned into the show last year and it will likely be about the same this year.

The two big names when it comes to this contest are Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi and you can wager on some of what may transpire when the world's best eaters get together.
