There's no doubt football takes us from one extreme to the other in regards to weather. From the sweltering August preseason games to playoff contests in frigid conditions, the weather can have a definite impact on what takes place on the field.

As bettors, one factor that we often overlook is weather. There are so many other aspects of a game that it's quite easy to bypass a few in the midst of our handicapping techniques.

In this article we'll look at the relation between cold temperatures and totals.

Another jewel in the football crown for Allen.

The only question I have is at what point is the temp reading taken? I assume that is the game time temp. Otherwise, a game could start out with a temp of 40 and end at 29, thereby qualifying and at the same time not qualifying for a bet.

That is again not in the system I use

You have convinced me to add this (and the time zone thing) to my betting as systems on their own.

Thanks again for all you do for us sports betting nuts. Good info, consistently and well presented.
