
The field has been set for the Major League Baseball playoffs and you'd be hard-pressed to find a more dramatic end to the baseball season, as both Tampa Bay and St. Louis made up ground down the stretch and clinched playoff spots on the last day of the regular season. More improbable was Tampa Bay erasing a 7-0 eighth-inning deficit to sneak in as the American League wild card team.
