The Super Bowl is probably the first thing that comes to mind when you think of proposition bets, but you can make them on nearly every single NFL played. Granted the choice of bets of bets won't be anything nearly as elaborate as the Super Bowl, but you can still find a decent wager or two.
The nationally televised games tend to have more betting options than a typical Sunday afternoon game.
Of course, you also have special situations that pop up now and then, such as Tim Tebow taking over for the Broncos and making his first start Sunday night in Miami, where he, along with the rest of the 2008 national champion Florida Gators team are scheduled to be honored.
