Looking For an Edge

When looking over the different Super Bowl propositions, a bettor could be overwhelmed at first, which is the reason I'm breaking the proposition bets article into two different stories.

If you like the Patriots to win the game and cover the point spread, you should be able to find several proposition wagers that suit your fancy, while the same holds true for fans of the Giants.

If a bettor is looking for a pure statistical advantage, look no further than the safety proposition. A safety occurs in about six percent of the games, making the true odds roughly -1567. By laying the -1000, the player will have a statistical advantage over the house, although it's never easy to lay such a high number.
