The question many hockey observers had following Martin Brodeur's injury was if he was simply a product of the Devils' system or if he really was as good as advertised. After seeing the Devils lose four games in a row, allowing 16 goals in Brodeur's five-game absence, it's becoming pretty obvious the Devils have only been as good as they have because of Brodeur.
The Devils are in the second of back-to-back games with Alexander Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals tonight, in what should be another hard-fought contest.
The New Jersey vs. Washington game is one of the late games we'll be betting and all plays are up and can be found at Free Sports Betting Picks located in the Sports Gambling 101 section of the site.
